About the job

We are a boutique Sydney digital agency with a serious SEO track record. Since 2008 we have built organic search strategies for AU businesses across a wide range of industries — working alongside our Google Ads and web development teams to deliver integrated results, not siloed reports. We hold Google Premier Partner status and Semrush Agency Partner accreditation. We do not outsource our core work. Every account is managed by a senior in-house specialist. We need an SEO Specialist who is genuinely good at this craft. Not someone who runs a crawl and calls it an audit. Someone who understands why Google rewards what it rewards, builds strategies that hold up through algorithm updates, and communicates clearly with clients about what is happening and why it matters.
