You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support
Assisting with public holiday and seasonal planning activities, administering and maintaining run sheet systems and vendor pricing structures.🔄
Managing collections
Managing re-routing of collections and run sheet adjustments, investigating and correcting errors, including vendor troubleshooting.📞
Coordinating vendor support
Coordinating after-hours processes and backup support, supporting vendors with system enquiries, training and documentation.What we're looking for

Administrative experience in operations
Demonstrated experience in administration within a transport or operations environment.View fit

Proficiency in Excel and systems
Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with SAP or CRM systems.View fit
