Processing Eligibility to Work and Criminal Record Checks with accuracy and efficiency to ensure compliance and safety.

Managing client updates

Managing Health & Safety modules and providing daily client updates on check statuses to maintain transparency and trust.

Liaising with teams

Liaising with the robotics/automation team to manage bot-driven processes, enhancing efficiency in service delivery.
