Troubleshooting
Act as the Duck Creek Tech lead to investigate, troubleshoot application issues and implement solutions in collaboration with Operations, Platform, and Vendor teams.📈
Monitoring service performance
Monitor service performance, track SLAs, and drive continual improvement initiatives across systems.What we're looking for
