You'll be responsible for

Responding to inquiries

Responding to phone, email, and event alerts within the defined SLAs.

Achieving customer satisfaction

Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service and accurate processes.

Managing incidents

Correctly identifying Priority 1 and 2 incidents and acting on them in relation to major Incident Management processes.
