You'll be responsible for

Ordering and maintaining spare parts

Order and maintain appropriate levels and types of spare parts to ensure smooth operations.

Installing and servicing equipment

Install, maintain, and service all equipment, both Baxter and otherwise, in the Service Centre or at installation sites, ensuring disciplined planning and execution of work.
📞

Providing technical support

Provide first-level phone and on-site technical support and troubleshooting for equipment to ensure efficient uptime and customer satisfaction.

Technical service experience

1-3 years of experience in customer premises or hospital environments.
