You'll be responsible for

Providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across end-user devices, telephony, infrastructure, and systems to ensure smooth operations.🛠️
Managing incidents and service requests
Handling incidents and service requests through the service desk to maintain high levels of service availability.🤝
Partnering with stakeholders
