About the job

This job is about being a ServiceNow HAM / CMDB Consultant, where you will support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing management of Hardware Asset Management, Configuration Management Database, Discovery, and Configuration Management capabilities within a ServiceNow environment. Your work will be crucial in improving asset visibility, data quality, governance, and compliance, collaborating closely with IT Operations, Asset Management, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams. The team values collaboration and is dedicated to continuous improvement, ensuring a supportive and dynamic work environment.

You'll be responsible for

Supporting ServiceNow capabilities

Support the administration and continuous improvement of ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, and Discovery capabilities.

Configuring Discovery schedules

Configure, maintain, and optimize Discovery schedules and patterns to ensure accurate Configuration Item population.

Maintaining CMDB data quality

Maintain CMDB data quality, integrity, governance, and compliance standards.
