Conducting assessments
Contributing to intake screening, induction, and comprehensive assessment of offenders, identifying criminogenic needs and risks.đ
Facilitating programs
Delivering structured interventions targeting behavioural change, substance misuse, and reintegration readiness.â ïž
Providing crisis support
Responding to and managing critical incidents and crisis situations involving offenders, providing immediate support and intervention.Key criteria

Understanding of offender rehabilitation
Strong grasp of behaviour change principles and recidivism factors.View

Experience in assessment and case management
