As a Settlements Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of energy market settlements, creating scalable processes that will support Rio Tinto's participation in Australian energy markets. The team values collaboration and innovation, working together to build a new capability from the ground up.

You'll be responsible for

🏗️

Leading the design and implementation

Lead the design and implementation of Rio Tinto's in-house energy market settlements capability, including systems, processes, controls and reporting.
⚖️

Managing electricity and environmental product settlements

Manage all aspects of electricity and environmental product settlements for PPAs, OTC and exchange-traded derivatives and market settlements with AEMO.
🚀

Driving automation and continuous improvement

Drive automation, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the settlements function.

Energy settlements experience

Significant experience in energy settlements or trading operations.
