About the job

The Site Administrator job is all about supporting the successful delivery of the New Richmond Bridge project by providing essential administrative and finance support to the project team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that project systems, processes, and reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time. Team members thrive on collaboration and communication, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and the Project Finance Manager to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

You'll be responsible for

Processing claims

Handling subcontractor and supplier claims in accordance with the Security of Payment Act NSW, ensuring accuracy through 3-way matching of documents.

Supporting financial activities

Assisting the Project Finance Manager with month-end activities, including accruals and financial reporting.

Maintaining project documentation

Keeping project records, registers, and compliance documentation up to date and organized.
