Ensuring customer satisfaction
Ensuring that all customers receive prompt responses and follow-ups to all matters raised, resolving commitments in a timely manner.π
Conducting inspections
Completing inspections in customers' homes after the service period finishes or when a new warranty case is registered to qualify defects and create scope of works for repairs.π€
Attending team development
Participating in required department office days and actively contributing to team development.
