You'll be responsible for

Leading social media planning

Leading the planning, coordination and optimisation of Monash University's organic and paid social activity, ensuring campaigns, content and channel execution are aligned to audience needs, brand priorities and business outcomes.

Developing audience-led social plans

Translating marketing strategy into audience-led social plans that drive measurable impact, developing platform-specific channel plans and coordinating content and placement calendars.
⚙️

Optimising social performance

Overseeing campaign deployment and optimising performance across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and emerging channels.
