You'll be responsible for

Providing clinical services
Providing a range of clinical services including intake, assessment, consultation, treatment, and care coordination.🔗
Coordinating care
Coordinating care as the main component of the model of care, including extended care coordination and targeted packages of care.🌱
Supporting recovery
Supporting recovery and helping consumers stay well in the community through various mental health services.What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Social Work
Eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.View fit
