Partner effectively with clients to perform workflow discovery, ensure adoption, and deliver advanced optimisation for assigned Solventum product lines.

Conducting workflow reviews

Conduct current-state workflow and configuration review with clients, implementing Solventum’s best practice workflows.

Advocating for customers

Advocate for the customer, log issues, and escalate as needed following standard procedures in a timely manner.

10+ years in health information management or clinical coding.
