About the job

The job is about leading the strategic migration of Datacom's internal IT service management platform to ServiceNow. This opportunity is crucial for defining the architecture, designing integrations, and ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption. You'll be responsible for

Defining target architecture

Define the target ServiceNow architecture for ITSM/ITOM/ITBM, including data model, CMDB design, security model, and scalability considerations.

Owning migration strategy

Own migration strategy and plan: discovery, data mapping, ETL, testing, cutover, and rollback approaches.

Designing integrations

Design and manage integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, LDAP/SSO, event ingestion) and advise on integration patterns.

Proven experience leading enterprise migrations or large-scale implementations.
