You'll be responsible for

Defining target architecture
Define the target ServiceNow architecture for ITSM/ITOM/ITBM, including data model, CMDB design, security model, and scalability considerations.🗺️
Owning migration strategy
Own migration strategy and plan: discovery, data mapping, ETL, testing, cutover, and rollback approaches.🔧
Designing integrations
Design and manage integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, LDAP/SSO, event ingestion) and advise on integration patterns.Key criteria
