Developing solution architecture
Develop and maintain the overall solution architecture covering Copilot deployment, Microsoft 365 configuration, security controls, and governance processes.🔍
Guiding architectural decision-making
Guide architectural decision-making, trade-offs, and sequencing to support Phase 2 deployment within agreed timeframes.📊
Providing architecture advice
Provide architecture advice to governance bodies, supported by clear rationale and risk analysis.Key criteria
