Lead the legal strategy for complex and sensitive regulatory matters, including enforcement investigations and proceedings.⚖️
Overseeing litigation
Lead regulatory litigation/enforcement proceedings, including managing evidence, court documentation, counsel briefings and hearing preparation.📞
Engaging stakeholders
Lead proactive engagement with regulators, ensuring high-quality, timely responses and fostering constructive regulator relationships.Key criteria

15+ years in regulatory law
Extensive experience in regulatory law, financial services, or litigation.View
