Providing expert advice and guidance to NIISQ Agency management and operational teams in relation to behavioural support needs and restrictive practices.📈
Monitoring participant needs
Monitoring and reporting on participant behavioural support needs in collaboration with internal stakeholders to facilitate high quality services and participant outcomes.🚀
Leading strategy development
Leading the development, continuous improvement and implementation of strategies, policies, procedures and resources to enhance the quality of outcomes for participants and the Agency.Key criteria
