Leading complex ER case management
Managing misconduct and other sensitive matters that require sound judgement.💼
Providing expert IR and ER advice
Coaching leaders, influencing outcomes, and uplifting capability across Origin.📜
Driving IR and ER compliance
Supporting contracts governance activities and enterprise bargaining initiatives.What we're looking for

Proven experience in ER/IR
Demonstrated experience in complex, unionised environments.View
