Driving site-based contractor management improvements

Acting as site custodian of the Copper SA Integrated Management System (IMS) 11.1 – Contractor Management Standard and associated tools, templates, and systems. Identifying and implementing practical improvements aligned to site priorities.

Governance, compliance and assurance

Conducting site-based audits, compliance checks, and document reviews to ensure contractor management requirements are being met.

Stakeholder engagement and capability uplift

Delivering targeted support to site stakeholders and driving alignment with site stakeholders and broader Copper SA Contractor Management network.
