This job is about providing essential case management for women and children affected by family violence. By delivering high-quality support, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their recovery journeys. The team values empowerment, collaboration, and a holistic approach to care.

You'll be responsible for

Building trusting relationships

Establishing respectful connections with clients to encourage their participation and decision-making in their recovery.
🛠️

Providing expert case management support

Offering tailored support from intake through to recovery, with individualized plans co-developed with clients.
🔄

Monitoring progress and adapting support plans

Regularly reviewing client goals and adjusting support strategies to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Tertiary qualification

Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or Family Violence.
