Acting as the custodian of the Harmony Australasia Shutdown Management Framework standard and promoting its adoption across sites.

Supporting Implementation

Assisting site teams in implementing the Shutdown Management Framework Standard to enhance operational efficiency.

Conducting Audits

Auditing sites to assess their maturity against the framework and supporting the identification of improvement opportunities.

Key criteria

📜

Diploma or trade background

Possession of a Diploma or trade qualification with maintenance management experience.

10+ years in asset management

Demonstrated experience in asset management within a mining environment.

Proficiency in Pronto or CMMS

Extensive experience using Pronto or equivalent Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
