You'll be responsible for

Conducting thorough assessments to understand the needs of NDIS participants and inform therapy plans.

Designing practical therapy plans

Creating tailored therapy plans that are functional and participant-led, ensuring effective support.

Building long-term relationships

Fostering strong connections with participants to track progress and enhance their therapy experience.
