Leading operational delivery of agenda elements

Overseeing all agenda elements across multiple concurrent in-person conferences, including agenda management, capacity management, financial management, and staff planning.

Communicating and collaborating across teams

Ensuring seamless delivery of conferences by building effective relationships with peers in all regions and sharing best practices to continuously enhance the quality of conferences worldwide.

Partnering with program management

Delivering a client-focused agenda and developing new processes for session management and agenda guidelines.
