Setting technical direction

Set technical direction and drive multi-quarter platform initiatives spanning infrastructure reliability, security, scalability, and developer experience across shared systems and services.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Partner closely with product engineering, security, and engineering leadership to identify organizational needs and translate infrastructure challenges into clear roadmap priorities.

5+ years managing platform teams

Demonstrated experience managing platform or infrastructure teams in tech.
