You'll be responsible for

Establishing yourself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Become a recognized SME for non-Dynatrace technologies and methodologies, guiding customers through best practices to ensure successful adoption of the Dynatrace platform.

Communicating with customers

Engage with customers via chat, email, and web conferences to provide coaching, respond to inquiries, and assist with complex configuration issues.

Collaborating with teams

Work alongside Customer Success, Sales, Services, Renewals, and Product Management teams to align processes and enhance the customer experience.

Skills you'll need

Cloud technologies

Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes is essential for troubleshooting and support.

Web and application server technologies

Knowledge of technologies like Apache, IIS, and Java Servlets is important for addressing configuration issues.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
