You'll be responsible for

Installing and maintaining equipment
Perform activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products at client locations.🛠️
Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support
Deliver both remote and on-site support for incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk.🤝
Advising End Users
Provide advice and assistance to End Users regarding productivity and service desk equipment and services.What we're looking for
