Defining the end-to-end architecture
For literature and guideline ingestion, normalization, metadata extraction, de-duplication, and versioning.đ
Building hybrid search and retrieval
That combines lexical, vector, and re-ranking methods while adhering to tight latency budgets and cost controls.đ
Leading model work
Across prompting, fine-tuning, distillation, and tool use to enhance faithfulness, coverage, and utility.Key criteria

Search and NLP systems experience
Proven track record shipping search, NLP, or LLM systems at scale.View
