Identifying where practices diverge across a portfolio of 30+ services and establishing clear, pragmatic standards that teams adopt.

Driving continuous improvement

Proactively identifying and addressing structural inefficiencies, technical risk, and developer experience friction before they become crises.

7+ years software development experience

Proven experience building production software across frontend and backend.
