You'll be responsible for

Being the point of contact for system issues

Acting as the liaison between vendors and Oral Health Victoria to resolve system issues and maintain functionality.

Providing application functional support

Supporting staff by tracking and managing issues and inquiries to ensure timely resolutions.

Coordinating system maintenance and upgrades

Managing system maintenance, upgrades, and optimizations in line with Change Management processes.

Key criteria

Tertiary qualification in IT

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology required.
