As a Stewarding Supervisor at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery, you will play a vital leadership role in our kitchen operations. You'll be responsible for

Leading stewarding operations

Lead the day to day stewarding operation, ensuring exceptional hygiene, cleanliness and organisation across all kitchen and food preparation areas.

Ensuring equipment maintenance

Ensure all outlets are consistently supplied with clean, sanitised and well maintained operational equipment.
⚠️

Championing safety standards

Champion food safety, chemical safety and Occupational Health & Safety standards at all times.
