You'll be responsible for

Undertaking and assisting with the onboarding and induction of team members new to JB or new to their job.

Leading product training

Leading product training programs to ensure the sales team is well equipped to demonstrate and sell existing and emerging product categories.

Coaching customer service standards

Demonstrating, leading, and coaching a high level of customer service standards throughout the sales process.
