You'll be responsible for

Becoming a Canva product expert

Be the go-to resource for customers within 30 days. Lead complex enterprise onboarding, ensuring customers realise the full value of Canva’s platform.

Partnering 1:1 with clients

Develop tailored rollout frameworks that align Canva’s best practices with each customer’s business structure and goals. Ensuring a smooth and successful Canva launch for an evolving set of customers.

Driving customer timelines and adoption

Understand customer business needs, align them with Canva’s best practices, and ensure strong product engagement.

Skills you'll need

Deep SaaS experience

You’ve led the implementation of enterprise or SaaS solutions across large, multi-region organisations, including complex, high-impact rollouts.

Strategic project driver

You can scope, plan, and deliver multi-phase projects with cross-functional teams, always keeping executive stakeholders in the loop.
