About the job

Rippling is seeking a seasoned customer success leader to join their Implementation team. This job is all about coaching and developing a team of Implementation Managers while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for customers. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with Sales, Product & Engineering, and Customer Support teams to drive customer satisfaction and improve key metrics.

Drive customer adoption of key features and best practices to enhance their experience with Rippling.

Skills you'll need

SaaS experience

5+ years of experience in professional services, implementation, or customer success within a SaaS environment.
👥

Team leadership

2+ years of experience leading a team, with a passion for supporting and guiding team growth and performance.

Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems effectively.
