You'll be responsible for

Leading a team of Sales Account Executives

Providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their targets and reach their full potential, ultimately becoming independently successful Account Executives.

Recruiting high performing Account Executives

Onboarding effectively to ensure they receive the knowledge, skill development, and coaching necessary to become independent top performers.
⚙️

Optimizing the sales process

Continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the team.

Skills you'll need

💼

Consultative sales experience

Experience in consultative sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Sales leadership experience

3+ years experience leading either a team of Sales Executives, or BDRs/SDRs.

CRM proficiency

Proficiency in CRM & sales software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, GPT, etc.).
