You'll be responsible for

Working collaboratively with the Operations Manager

Developing and implementing a proactive, specialized approach to managing workers compensation claims in a fast-paced environment.

Driving continuous improvement and innovation

Maintaining awareness of industry developments and trends to respond effectively to changes.
šŸ‘Øā€šŸ«

Supervising the day-to-day work activity of a team of case managers

Providing guidance and support to ensure team objectives are met and performance is optimized.

Skills you'll need

šŸ‘„

Experience in a Team Leader or equivalent within the Workers Compensation scheme, Comcare or the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act.

Demonstrated expertise in leading teams within the Workers Compensation sector, ensuring compliance and effective management of claims.

Strong understanding of the contractual requirements and performance measures

Ability to navigate and apply contractual obligations and performance metrics to achieve organizational goals.

Leadership skills, including team building, coaching, performance management and change management

Proven ability to inspire and develop team members while managing performance and facilitating change.
