The Strategic Insights Coordinator is a part-time opportunity that supports executive decision-making and informs the strategic direction of the Everyday Rewards program. By actively analysing and synthesising critical insights, this position plays a vital role in ensuring the Program, Propositions, and Experience team maintains a cutting-edge, proactive market view. The team thrives on collaboration and innovation, making it an exciting environment for university students or recent graduates eager to gain experience in strategy, marketing, and market analysis.

You'll be responsible for

Market & competitor intelligence

Proactively track and document significant updates, changes, and new initiatives launched by key national and international competitor loyalty programs.
📈

Strategic coordination & communication

Draft and format strategic review decks and competitive landscape analyses for weekly Woolworths Group Executive meetings to inform investment and campaign decisions.
📚

Knowledge management

Maintain and organise the team’s library of external reports and research, ensuring market intelligence is readily accessible for immediate use in strategic discussions.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
