Collaborating with teams
Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments, and Finance teams to identify problems, conceive solutions, and implement processes to improve our ability to buy, make, and deploy hardware quickly and correctly.📊
Building dashboards and reports
Build dashboards, track operational metrics, monitor Product Line health scores, prepare data-driven reports for leadership, and refine KPI development for impactful reporting to inform strategic decision-making.📋
Managing production requests
Manage the funnel of production team system and process enhancement requests, categorise/prioritise, track status and approvals, and coordinate implementation.Key criteria
