About the job

As a Strategic Solutions Engineer at Vanta, you will lead technical discussions with mid-market customers alongside the Enterprise Sales team. Your mission is to ensure customers achieve their security goals and maximize their value from Vanta. You'll be responsible for

Owning technical relationships

Manage the technical relationship with customers, ensuring they receive the support and solutions they need.

Partnering with Account Executives

Collaborate with Account Executives to provide a seamless onboarding and adoption experience for customers.

Supporting Sales team

Assist the Sales team with security reviews, implementation plans, and technical qualification calls to drive customer success.

5+ years of pre-sales technical experience

Demonstrated experience in customer-facing technical roles is essential.
