You'll be responsible for

Supporting M&A activities

Assisting in all aspects of the deal process, including sourcing, qualification, financial modelling, due diligence, document negotiation, and closing activities.

Conducting market research

Assisting with market research, sourcing, and pipeline management to identify new opportunities for OFX.

Developing corporate strategy

Supporting corporate and business unit strategy development through quantitative and qualitative analysis of market trends and competitors.

Skills you'll need

Strong analytical skills

Fluency in performing rigorous financial, valuation and broad quantitative analyses, along with familiarity with accounting and key operational metrics.

Pro-active and action-oriented, who enjoys ownership and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
