Providing expert advice
Providing accurate, timely expert advice, guidance, and support to students in-person and online regarding administrative aspects of their studies.π
Managing student enquiries
Responding to and resolving student enquiries through case management while maintaining appropriate records.π
Supporting student engagement events
Collaborating with the relevant team to support student engagement events and ensuring campus facilities are conducive to a quality learning experience.
