You'll be responsible for

Leading the team

Leading, managing, coaching and mentoring the superannuation advice team to provide high quality personal advice and services as per the requirements of the fund and its strategy.
⚙️

Managing operations

Managing and taking responsibility for operational, reporting and administrative functions of the superannuation advice team to ensure an effective process is in place to maximise efficiency, productivity and overall member experience and outcomes.

Quality monitoring

Completing regular quality monitoring of elements relating to advice, including advice meetings and member feedback, and providing constructive feedback to individuals and the team.

FASEA education requirements met

Completed FASEA education and passed the FASEA exam.

Registered adviser on ASIC FAR

Registered as an adviser on the ASIC Financial Advice Register between 2016 and 2018.
