You'll be responsible for

Leading operational delivery

Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of site works, coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors across active work fronts, focusing on utility subcontractors and authorities.

Reviewing work plans

Review and communicate work plans with Forepersons, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with program requirements.
📈

Monitoring performance

Monitor and drive performance across safety, quality, environmental, and cost targets, identifying risks and implementing improvements where required.
