You'll be responsible for

Coaching and developing Supervisors and Crew Coordinators to continuously improve Development HME and fleet performance safely.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Working with mine planners and other stakeholders to optimize the development plan for safe execution by teams.

Implementing initiatives

Identifying, leading and implementing productivity-enhancing initiatives to drive team performance.
