Supervising and supporting frontline General Services staff delivering cleaning, linen, waste, and patient support services across both facilities.

Managing service delivery

Managing daily allocation of work and overseeing service delivery standards to ensure efficiency and quality.

Coaching and developing staff

Supporting, coaching, and developing staff performance, providing training and feedback to enhance their skills.
