The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator (SCC) at Sodexo is all about providing essential operational support to the Supply Management team, particularly in the FM Procurement function. This job is crucial for ensuring that sites run smoothly and efficiently, directly impacting the safety and well-being of village residents. Collaboration and communication are key, as the team thrives on working together to tackle challenges and drive improvements.

You'll be responsible for

🔧

Providing operational support

Understanding issues or requests through the administration of the central INBOX and/or Data Station, and managing the collation of issues related to Indirects Procurement.
📦

Supporting bids and mobilisations

Issuing product recall alerts and coordinating the preparation and execution of solutions to be delivered on-site during bids and mobilisations.
📋

Conducting data analysis and reporting

Undertaking analysis, presentation preparation, and reporting in support of the Procurement Category.
