Driving team leadership and strategy development
Leading the Support Engineering team, focusing on LSA, RAM, LORA, and Obsolescence Management, while ensuring data integrity and traceability.🔍
Conducting technical investigations and impact assessments
Overseeing technical investigations for modifications, transitions, acquisitions, and assessing obsolescence risks.📈
Fostering continuous improvement
Identifying opportunities to enhance sustainment efficiency and reduce costs, while overseeing governance and compliance.Key criteria
🎓
Engineering degree
Possession of a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related discipline)View

Sustainment engineering experience
Demonstrated experience in sustainment engineering, ILS, or reliability engineeringView
