You'll be responsible for

Supporting participants in daily routines
Assisting individuals with their daily activities and rehabilitation efforts to foster recovery.⚠️
Responding to challenging situations
Maintaining calm and appropriate responses during high-risk scenarios to ensure participant safety.👀
Monitoring participant wellbeing
Observing and assisting individuals experiencing withdrawal to ensure their health and safety.Key criteria
🎓
Certificate IV in Community Services
Possession of a relevant qualification in Community Services or AOD.View
🗣️
Experience supporting AOD participants
Demonstrated experience assisting individuals with AOD or mental health needs.View
🚗
Current WA driver’s licence
Valid driver’s licence required for participant transport responsibilities.View
