You'll be responsible for

Overseeing surfacing team operations
Active participation in overseeing the daily operations of the surfacing team as required, ensuring smooth workflow.š±
Mentoring team members
Mentoring, management, training, and evaluation of the surfacing team members to enhance their skills and performance.ā
Quality control
Ensure quality control across all asset outputs, including versioning and ongoing asset management to maintain high standards.Key criteria

5+ years of animation experience
Demonstrated experience in animation across various projects.View

Proficiency in Maya and ZBrush
Solid knowledge of these tools for character surfacing.View
